The European Roulette comprises a wheel that has 37 stops plus a ball which can land on any of the stops. The numbers of the stops do not follow a specific sequential order. They start with 0 which is coloured green, then 1 to 37 which are coloured red or black. Though the random arrangement of the numbers may appear careless, it is not, the numbers have been mathematically arranged in such a way that each number has an equal chance of being the lucky number. Your job is to stake your chances by laying your chips on the Roulette table and predicting where you think the ball will stop.
